We arrive in Lublin

Stephan and Benjamin arrived the night before — and since the town is considered quiet because of the semester break (out of 750,000 inhabitants, more than 100,000 are students), we used the spare time to visit the beautiful old town.

Afterwards, we met long-time friends of Stephan’s and enjoyed a late night on the town. The next day was very busy – appointments at the town hall, at the investment agency, talks with headhunters and a visit with the managing director of the “Science and Technology Park” in Lublin. The park’s architecture is impressive, including the gigantic auditorium (see photo). We’re thrilled – the professionalism and the warm-heartedness of the Lublin authorities (thank you Honorata, Alex and Michal!!) is among the best we have seen so far.
