Start-Up Event in Lublin

Aryxe was invited by the University of Lublin, the Lublin Institute of Technology and the organizers of the start-up event in Lublin to talk about the subject of entrepreneurship. Stephan spoke to students and participants about the difficult transition phase when it is time to discard manager behaviours in order to become an entrepreneur.

Interestingly, the greatest praise came from the present employees of large corporations. Also noteworthy is the high proportion of women in IT, robotics and related fields in Lublin – almost half of the attending students were female.
